Thank you very much. I think this project is a new epoch for mobile world. If this project will develop PySide as stable, It can be used for big size mobile applications, using Python libraries for mobile will be nice :) I hope we wont need license version of QT Creator with your project.

If I make some apps with QT on Android for my project (Android Settop-box, commercial product for customers.). I found QT on Android release the kinds of shared librarys not the source code. I wonder Which license do I have to follow?

Qt is very open source, the SDK provides binaries for your convenient, but you can easily download and compile the source code, check here https://wiki.qt.io/Android
Of course if you can afford to buy a license, I really encourage you to do it!
